Calls everyday to remind of payments after you told them when you will do payment. Then still calls everyday to remind. I threatened with an harrasment case but that does not stop them! Worst place ever!

The consultants are extremely rude, a simple question they answer rudely and even text rudely via WhatsApp.

it didnt start on a good note, because i was charged interest ridiculously so. however the consultant took me through it and made me understand and told me that i will never be charged for phone calls and email sent to me if i agree to make an arrangement with them. today i am happy because i got the settlement letter
